Field-sales execution platform
OutletIQ gives drinks & FMCG distributors proof that the rep reached the outlet, ran the audit and captured the order — offline-first, on the Android phones reps already carry.
Built for real field conditions
Most tools assume steady data, company-issued phones and reps who never game the system. In emerging markets none of that holds. OutletIQ was designed the other way round — for patchy signal, shared low-end Androids, and the everyday need to prove a visit really happened.
The platform
Everything a distributor field operation needs to plan the day, prove the work and act on what comes back — nothing it doesn't.
Geofenced clock-in and clock-out with a 30-minute dwell check and mock-GPS detection. Works fully offline and syncs when signal returns.
Configurable, sectioned survey forms — availability, shelf facings, competitor prices and promotions, photos. Last visit's answers carry forward so reps confirm rather than retype.
Product catalogue and cart with idempotent submission. Totals are recomputed server-side from the price book — the device never sets a price — and every order is visible to managers with CSV export.
HQ-assigned or rep-edited daily routes, with week and month plan views, nearest-unvisited suggestions and per-day distance estimates so a day in the field is actually plannable.
Live coverage map, a review queue with photo evidence, compliance metrics, multi-stage approvals for expenses, leave and stock, an LPO module with PDF generation, and weekly WhatsApp-ready summaries.
Offline-first local database with outbox sync, bring-your-own-device on everyday Android, deliberately data-usage-conscious, with push notifications so reps and managers stay in the loop.
How it works
Reps work an app designed for one hand and no signal. Managers get a console that turns that field activity into decisions.
Open the app to today's route, walk into the outlet, and clock in — the visit only counts when GPS says you're actually there. Run the audit, take the order, move to the next stop.

See coverage across every territory, work the review queue of flagged visits with their photo evidence, and act — approve expenses, leave, stock requests and purchase orders, export orders, and send the week's summary straight to WhatsApp.
Money, not trust
Reps place orders in the field, but the device never sets a price — totals are recomputed server-side from the price book. Purchase orders run a multi-stage approval chain and generate a PDF on final sign-off. Nothing depends on trusting the phone.

Where it sits
Two tools come up in most evaluations. Here is how each is built, and where OutletIQ differs.
A strong retail-execution tool, built around what happens in the outlet: visits, audits, merchandising. A distributor also runs the order-to-cash side — server-side price-book pricing, purchase orders with multi-stage approvals and PDF generation, expense, leave and stock approvals — and that sits outside its core.
An enterprise platform, priced and configured for enterprise problems. For a focused distributor field operation, the cost and the configuration weight are wrong-sized before anyone opens the app.
Purpose-built for this operation, end to end. Verified visits with geofence, dwell time, mock-GPS detection and fix density. Offline-first on BYOD Android. Store audits, order capture with server-side totals and CSV export, routes and journey plans, a manager console, and approvals through to LPO and PDF.
Questions
Yes. The rep app is offline-first — it runs on a local database and queues every action in an outbox that syncs automatically when connectivity returns. Reps can work a full day in a dead zone.
Their own. OutletIQ is bring-your-own-device on everyday Android, so there's no hardware rollout. It's deliberately built to be light on data and storage.
Four signals are cross-checked on every visit: GPS geofencing, dwell time, mock-GPS (fake-location) detection and location-fix density. Anything suspicious is flagged with its reason and sent to the manager's review queue.
No. The device never sets a price. Order totals are recomputed server-side from the price book, and submissions are idempotent so a flaky connection can't create duplicates.
Through configurable multi-stage chains for expenses, leave and stock requests. Local Purchase Orders run the same way and generate a PDF that's emailed on final approval.
OutletIQ is a monthly subscription, quoted per operation. Team size and rollout scope are what move the number, so we price it against your actual deployment rather than publishing a list. A written quote is available on request, covering contract terms, support and SLA, hosting, and data export. The comparable tools in this space run between roughly €6,000 and €9,600 a year, which is the range we expect to be measured against.
