OutletIQ/Repsly alternatives
Roundup
Six tools that come up when a team looks past Repsly, what each one is built for, and what each one says about pricing. Sourced from each vendor's own pages, September 2026.
The strongest Repsly alternatives depend on what you sell and who owns the stock. Pepperi suits brands and distributors that want B2B commerce, field sales and direct store delivery on one platform. Skynamo suits wholesalers and distributors tied to an existing ERP. Bizom and BeatRoute suit consumer goods companies that need sales force automation and distributor management together, especially in emerging markets. SPOTIO suits territory based field sales outside FMCG. OutletIQ is the best fit for drinks and FMCG distributors needing verified visits and offline work.
This is not a ranked list, and nobody paid to be on it. OutletIQ is our product, so read its entry with that in mind. Every competitor claim below is sourced from each vendor's own pages, September 2026, with links at the foot of the page.

The alternatives
Listed in no order of merit. Pick on fit.
First, a fair word on Repsly itself. Per its own site, Repsly is a retail execution platform sold to CPG brands and retail service companies, with modules for field team management, in-store execution, merchandising, promotion execution, field sales, image recognition and territory planning. If your team is a brand sending merchandisers into stores you do not supply, it is a natural fit and you may not need an alternative. Our full field by field write-up is at OutletIQ vs Repsly.
Pepperi describes itself on its homepage as a unified B2B commerce platform for brands and distributors, and notes it is now part of Advantive. It is the broadest tool here: B2B ecommerce portals, a sales rep app, retail execution, and route accounting for direct store delivery.
Comparison: OutletIQ vs Pepperi.
Skynamo targets B2B manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and importers, and leans hard on ERP integration, including businesses on legacy or on premises ERPs, per its pricing page.
Comparison: OutletIQ vs Skynamo.
Bizom calls itself a retail intelligence platform for consumer goods distribution and sales on its homepage, combining sales force automation, a distributor management system and retail execution, with a focus on emerging markets.
Comparison: OutletIQ vs Bizom.
SPOTIO is field sales software organised around territories, routes and activity, per its pricing page. It is not an FMCG retail execution tool, but it appears in Repsly competitor lists because both serve teams on the road.
BeatRoute presents itself on its homepage as an SFA and DMS platform with goal driven AI, preconfigured for sectors including FMCG, liquor, building materials and pharmaceuticals.
A close neighbour worth adding to the same shortlist is FieldAssist, another SFA and DMS platform for FMCG and related sectors. Its pricing page lists Starter, Business and Enterprise AI plans with no published figures.
OutletIQ is our product. It is field sales execution for drinks and FMCG distributors, from the rep's phone to the manager's desk. It is the best fit for distributors needing verified visits and offline work, and a poor fit for some of the jobs the tools above cover.
Choosing
Start with who owns the stock. A brand checking products in stores it does not supply needs retail execution first; Repsly was built for that. A distributor needs the order, the price and the approval attached to the visit.
Then decide how much platform you want. If online B2B ordering and van sales settlement matter, Pepperi covers more ground. If you manage a network of distributors, Bizom, BeatRoute and FieldAssist are built for that layer. If your ERP is staying and must drive everything, Skynamo is designed around it. If you sell services door to door rather than products into outlets, SPOTIO is closer to your world.
Finally, make every shortlisted vendor answer the same four questions in the product, not the deck. What exactly do you check before a visit counts. What happens when that check fails. Where is the price calculated when the rep presses submit. What does the app do at zero bars for six hours.
For drinks specifically, see beverage distributor software.

Questions
Common alternatives are Pepperi for B2B commerce with field sales and direct store delivery, Skynamo for wholesalers and distributors with ERP integration, Bizom and BeatRoute for sales force automation plus distributor management in emerging markets, SPOTIO for territory based field sales outside FMCG, and OutletIQ for drinks and FMCG distributors that need verified visits and offline working.
It depends on who you are. A CPG brand focused on in-store merchandising may stay with Repsly. A distributor that also needs B2B ordering and route accounting should look at Pepperi. An ERP heavy wholesaler should look at Skynamo. A distributor that needs proof of visits and reliable offline order capture is the fit OutletIQ was built for.
None of the six tools on this page published price figures on the pages we checked in September 2026. Repsly lists plan names without figures. Bizom and FieldAssist list plan tiers with a request price button. Skynamo and SPOTIO describe what pricing is based on. OutletIQ is quoted per operation.
Usually because of fit rather than quality. Repsly is organised around retail execution for CPG brands and retail service companies. Distributors that own the stock often want order capture, pricing control and approvals in the same system, or need features built for a particular market.
Not usually. OutletIQ is aimed at distributors running their own reps into their own trade. It does not offer automated shelf image recognition, which Repsly offers as a paid add-on on its Scale and Flex plans.
On their own pages, Pepperi describes its apps as working on and offline, Skynamo says its field sales app works offline, Bizom says it works in low or no connectivity areas, BeatRoute lists offline functionality, and SPOTIO lists offline access on its B2C plan. OutletIQ is offline-first with a local database and outbox sync.
They are the tools that appear alongside Repsly in distributor evaluations and in search results for Repsly alternatives. Every claim about a competitor comes from that vendor's own public website, checked on 14 September 2026 and linked on this page. No ratings, reviews or third party claims are used.
