OutletIQ/Pricing
Pricing
OutletIQ is priced per deployment on a quote basis. This page explains what moves the quote, what every deployment includes, and how to get a written quote you can take to procurement.
OutletIQ is priced per deployment on a quote basis: a monthly subscription, quoted against your actual operation rather than a published list. Team size and rollout scope are what move the number. The written quote covers contract terms, support and SLA, hosting, and data export.
There are no tiers to decode and no seat calculator. You tell us how your field operation runs, we scope it with you, and you get one written figure for that deployment.

What drives a quote
These are the questions we ask on the scoping call. Having rough answers ready makes the quote faster and more accurate.
How many reps will carry the app day to day. This is the biggest single factor, because it sets the volume of visits, audits and orders the platform handles.
Who uses the manager console, who works the review queue, and how many stages your approval chains need for expenses, leave, stock requests and purchase orders.
The size of the outlet list, how it splits into territories, and how journey plans are built, whether assigned by HQ or planned by the rep.
How many audit forms you run, how they are sectioned, and how orders move from the cart through the price book to purchase orders and PDF sign off.
What your finance or operations team needs out of the system, and in what shape, starting from the order CSV export that every deployment has.
Loading outlets, products and price books, configuring forms, and getting reps and managers trained. A phased rollout and a single go live are scoped differently.
The support and SLA your operation needs once it is live. This is written into the quote so there is no separate negotiation later.
If your operation needs something OutletIQ does not do yet, we scope it with you and build it into your deployment. The work is written into the quote up front.
Included in every deployment
A quote changes with scope, not with which parts of the product you are allowed to use. Every deployment includes the following.
Three steps, and nothing is signed until you have the written figure in front of you.
A 20-minute walkthrough of the rep app and the manager console, on the questions you actually have.
We work through reps, approvers, outlets, audit forms, order flows, export needs, rollout and support with you.
One document covering the monthly subscription, contract terms, support and SLA, hosting and data export.
Because every distributor's field operation is different. One business runs a handful of reps into a tight territory with a single approver. Another runs several regional teams, a multi-stage purchase order chain and a long list of audit forms. A single published figure would either overcharge the first or understate what the second involves.
We would rather give you a number that reflects your deployment than a starting price that grows once the real requirements come out. The honest trade off is that you have to talk to us before you see a figure. We keep that conversation short, and a written quote is available on request.
Per user SaaS pricing is easy to compare on a web page, and it often leaves out the work that decides whether a rollout succeeds: onboarding, configuration, training and integration. Whichever vendors you shortlist, OutletIQ included, put the same questions to each of them in writing.
If you want a sense of how vendors differ on the product itself, our comparisons of OutletIQ vs Repsly and OutletIQ vs Skynamo are built from the vendors' own published pages.
Questions
OutletIQ is a monthly subscription, quoted per deployment. We do not publish a price list because the number depends on your field team, your approvers, your outlets and your rollout. Book a demo and a scoping call, and we will send a written quote covering contract terms, support and SLA, hosting and data export.
Because no two distributors run the same field operation. Rep count, approval chains, audit forms and rollout scope differ from one business to the next, and a published figure would either overcharge a small team or understate what a larger deployment involves.
Yes. Each deployment is set up around your audit forms, order flows, approval chains and exports. If you need a feature that is not there yet, we scope it with you and include it in your quote.
It depends on the vendor's pricing model and what it leaves out. Many vendors price per user per month, and that figure often excludes onboarding, training, configuration and integration work. Compare total cost for your actual team over the contract term, not the headline seat price.
Most vendors in the category quote rather than publish, OutletIQ included. The number moves on team size, module scope, integration requirements and rollout support. Ask every vendor for a written quote that states what is included and what is billed separately.
Ask whether managers and approvers are charged as users, whether rollout and training are included, what support level and SLA the price covers, whether data export costs extra, how the price changes as the team grows, and what the contract term and notice period are.
No. OutletIQ runs on the everyday Android phones reps already carry, so there is no hardware line in the quote.
