OutletIQ/Pepperi alternatives
Roundup
Pepperi alternatives for CPG brands and drinks distributors
Eight tools to weigh against Pepperi for rep order taking, B2B ordering and retail execution: what each one is built for, what it covers and what it publishes about price. Sourced from each vendor's own pages, checked 5 October 2026.
The best Pepperi alternative depends on which part of Pepperi you need. Skynamo and SimplyDepo pair a rep app with a customer ordering portal. Repsly suits CPG brands focused on retail execution, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud suits large enterprises, and BeatRoute, Bizom and FieldAssist add distributor management for emerging markets. OutletIQ field sales software suits drinks and FMCG distributors that need proof of every outlet visit.
Pepperi publishes no prices. Of the alternatives, only SimplyDepo (US$49 to US$89 per rep per month) and Salesforce (from US$100 per user per month, billed annually) do. Every vendor claim here comes from that vendor's own site, checked 5 October 2026. OutletIQ is our product, so read its entry with that in mind. Nobody paid to be listed.

At a glance
How do the Pepperi alternatives compare?
Six of the eight alternatives describe a way for customers to order without a rep, five describe van sales, and two publish prices. Where a vendor's own pages do not describe something, the table says so rather than guessing. Vendors may ship more than they market.

The alternatives
Eight Pepperi alternatives, one at a time.
Grouped by type rather than ranked: ordering platforms first, then retail execution, enterprise CRM, the distributor management suites and OutletIQ. Pick on fit.
First, a fair word on Pepperi. Its homepage, checked October 2026, describes a B2B commerce solution and sales app for brands and distributors with eight solution areas: B2B eCommerce, sales rep order taking, route accounting and direct store delivery, retail execution, mobile CRM, inside sales and support, trade promotions and operational analytics. It runs on the web and on native iOS and Android apps, its retail execution page states full offline functionality with auto sync, and it says it is now an Advantive company with 1000+ medium and enterprise customers in 65+ countries. If you use most of those modules, Pepperi may already be the right platform. Our field by field write-up is at OutletIQ vs Pepperi.
Skynamo
Skynamo calls itself a unified sales operations platform for B2B manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and importers on its pricing page, checked October 2026. Like Pepperi, it pairs a rep app with a portal where customers order for themselves.
- Best for
- Wholesalers and distributors whose rep orders and portal orders must flow into an existing ERP, including on-premises and legacy systems.
- What it covers
- A Sales Rep App for on-site ordering with customer and visit history, a B2B Trade Portal for customers' repeat orders, a Catalogue Ordering App, and Radar for customer risk and opportunity signals. It says its field sales app works offline on iPhone and Android.
- Watch for
- Van sales and route accounting are not described on the pages checked, so ask if your drivers invoice at the drop.
- Pricing
- Not published. Month-to-month, annual and ERP-integrated rollout options, priced on number of users, products selected, ERP integration requirements and scale.
Comparison: OutletIQ vs Skynamo.
SimplyDepo
SimplyDepo presents itself as a CPG sales platform for brands and distributors on its homepage, checked October 2026, with field sales, orders, routes and retail execution in one platform. It is one of two tools here that put prices on their website.
- Best for
- Smaller brands and distributors that want orders, routes, DSD and store audits in one app, and want to see a price before the demo.
- What it covers
- Mobile ordering with customer-specific pricing, photo audits and planogram tracking, route planning, DSD with invoices and payment collection, and a B2B customer self-service portal. Its pricing page lists iOS and Android apps that work offline and sync on reconnect.
- Watch for
- Prices are in US dollars, and teams of 50 or more reps move to custom pricing. Listed integrations include QuickBooks, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce and Acumatica; if your ERP is not on the list, ask how orders reach it.
- Pricing
- Published on its pricing page. On yearly billing, US$69 per rep per month for 1 to 5 reps, US$59 for 6 to 15 and US$49 for 16 to 49. Paid monthly, US$89, US$79 and US$69. A 30-day free trial and no setup fees.
Repsly
Repsly is a retail execution platform for CPG brands and retail service companies, per its homepage and pricing page, checked October 2026. It covers the in-store half of what Pepperi does.
- Best for
- CPG brands and retail service companies whose main job is merchandising and promotion execution in stores they do not supply.
- What it covers
- Scheduling, forms, photos and workday tracking in its Core plan, a product catalogue and sales documents from its Grow plan, mobile order entry with returns and barcode scanning, and ShelfScan image recognition as an add-on on Scale and Flex.
- Watch for
- No customer self-service ordering or van sales is described on the pages checked. Its pricing FAQ says every contract needs a 12-month minimum commitment with annual payment upfront.
- Pricing
- Not published. Core, Grow, Scale and Flex plans without figures, and no free trial.
Comparisons: OutletIQ vs Repsly, and our Repsly alternatives roundup if Repsly is on your shortlist too.
Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
Salesforce describes its consumer goods product as a unified commercial hub that connects distributors, retail buyers, field sales and consumers on one platform, on its consumer goods page, checked October 2026. It is the enterprise option on this list.
- Best for
- Large consumer goods companies that want retail execution, DSD, trade promotion management and B2B ordering inside one CRM.
- What it covers
- Store audits, planogram checks and mobile order capture on offline iOS and Android apps, and direct store delivery with route settlement, per its retail execution page. Its consumer goods page adds trade promotion management and B2B distributor ordering through its Commerce product.
- Watch for
- Licences are per user and billed annually, and trade promotion management is priced on request on its consumer goods pricing page. Budget for implementation as well as licences.
- Pricing
- Published for Retail Execution: US$100 per user per month for the Merchandiser edition, US$225 for Field Sales with mobile order capture, and up to US$525 for Strategic Sales Unlimited, all billed annually. A 30-day free trial.
BeatRoute
BeatRoute sells sales force automation, a distributor management system and a white-label retailer app as one platform, per its homepage and pricing page, checked October 2026. Its industry list includes FMCG, liquor and consumer goods.
- Best for
- Consumer goods and liquor brands selling through distributors and retailers in South Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
- What it covers
- Order collection and GPS-based market coverage in its Starter Pack; retail audits, trade promotions and a van sales module in its Business plan; route optimisation and a low-code integration layer it says covers 300+ integrations in Enterprise. Its retailer app ships white-labelled on Android and iOS, and its rep tracking page says reps keep working offline and sync on reconnect.
- Watch for
- Its pricing FAQ lists customers in 20+ countries across India and South Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa, so check local support if you sell elsewhere.
- Pricing
- Not published. Starter Pack, Business and Enterprise plans, plus a startup programme for teams under 50 sales reps or 500 customers.
Bizom
Bizom calls itself a retail intelligence platform for consumer goods route to market on its homepage, checked October 2026, and says 750+ CPG brands use it across 35+ countries and every major emerging market.
- Best for
- CPG brands running large distributor and retailer networks in emerging markets, India in particular.
- What it covers
- Sales force automation with order management and van sales, a distributor management system, trade promotion management, a WhatsApp ordering bot, and Bizom One, a retailer ordering app built for kiranas and supermarkets that also lets them sell on ONDC, India's Open Network for Digital Commerce. Its homepage says it works in low or no connectivity areas.
- Watch for
- It is built around a brand managing many distributors, so a single distributor running its own reps may pay for a network layer it does not use.
- Pricing
- Not published. Its pricing page shows Basic (listed for 100 users), Growth (100+ users) and Power tiers, each with a Request Price button.
Comparison: OutletIQ vs Bizom.
FieldAssist
FieldAssist describes itself as a sales and distribution management system on its homepage, checked October 2026, and says it serves 700+ enterprises across 32+ countries. Its headquarters are in Gurugram, India, and it lists locations in Africa and Indonesia.
- Best for
- Consumer goods brands that want sales force automation, distributor management, van sales and a retailer ordering app from one vendor.
- What it covers
- Order capture, invoicing, collections and returns on offline-first mobile apps for sales and delivery teams in its Starter plan, plus van sales that work offline and sync with its DMS, retail merchandising, and an eB2B retailer app where retailers book orders without a rep.
- Watch for
- It is a broad suite with prices on request, so check which modules a quote includes.
- Pricing
- Not published. Its pricing page lists Starter, Business and Enterprise AI plans, each with Request Pricing.
OutletIQ
OutletIQ is our product, so weigh this entry accordingly. OutletIQ field sales software is built for drinks and FMCG distributors whose reps visit outlets, audit them and take orders, with a manager checking what happened. It does fewer jobs than Pepperi and goes deeper on one of them: proving the visit.
- Best for
- Drinks and FMCG distributors that need proof of every outlet visit, plus audits and orders from their own reps.
- What it covers
- Every visit is checked against the outlet's geofence (100 m by default) and a minimum dwell time, and screened for mock GPS, too few location fixes and a device shared between reps. Anything that fails goes to a manager review queue with the reason. It also covers store audits with photos, orders where reps enter cases and the agreed cost per case and the app calculates the total, journey plans, time and expense, and purchase orders through a multi-stage approval chain with a PDF on final approval. The rep app is offline first on reps' own iPhone and Android phones; managers use a web console.
- Watch for
- No customer ordering portal or retailer app, no van sales or route accounting, no distributor management layer, no trade promotion planning and no automated shelf image recognition.
- Pricing
- Not published. A monthly subscription quoted per deployment. Our pricing page explains what moves the quote.
"I built OutletIQ around proving the outlet visit, because an order is only as trustworthy as the visit behind it."
Fionn Murphy, founder. About OutletIQ and Fionn.
Left off this list. SPOTIO appears in many field sales roundups, but its plans page, checked October 2026, describes B2B teams in telecom, industrial and financial services and B2C teams in solar, roofing and home improvement, and does not describe product ordering. If that is your world, see our SPOTIO alternatives. Wholesale line sheet tools built for fashion and gift brands solve a different problem from DSD and retail execution, so they are not here either.
Choosing
How do you choose a Pepperi alternative?
List the parts of Pepperi you would actually use, then shortlist the tools that do those jobs in your market and at your team size. Five questions narrow the field quickly.
Will customers order without a rep?
If trade customers should reorder online, you need a customer portal or retailer app. Six of the eight alternatives here describe one on their own sites: Skynamo's B2B Trade Portal, SimplyDepo's B2B portal, Salesforce's B2B distributor ordering, and the retailer apps from BeatRoute, Bizom and FieldAssist. Repsly describes order entry by reps, and OutletIQ captures orders on the visit.
Do your drivers sell and invoice from the van?
Pepperi's route accounting covers stock replenishment, returns, printed invoices, payment collection and proof of delivery. Five of the eight alternatives describe van sales or direct store delivery on the pages we checked: SimplyDepo, Salesforce, BeatRoute (in its Business plan), Bizom and FieldAssist. Repsly, Skynamo and OutletIQ do not, so if drivers settle routes in your business, start with those five.
What will the contract cost over its full term?
The per-seat figure is only part of the cost. Repsly's pricing FAQ says every contract needs a 12-month minimum with annual payment upfront. SimplyDepo charges US$69 per rep per month for 1 to 5 reps on yearly billing, against US$89 paid monthly. Salesforce bills its Retail Execution editions annually. Pepperi's pricing FAQ says plans are annual or month to month, and that refunds are not given for cancellations or downgrades. Put the same questions to every vendor in writing; our pricing page lists the ones we would ask, OutletIQ included.
How will you know the visit happened?
Several of these tools describe location features. Pepperi lists geo-tagged photos and route compliance through geo-tracking and time-stamped activities, BeatRoute describes geo-tagged photo proof of every visit, and FieldAssist promises geo-verified adherence. What differs is what is checked before a visit counts, and what happens when a check fails. In OutletIQ, a visit outside the outlet's geofence (100 m by default) or under its minimum dwell time is flagged or rejected, and a manager sees the reason in the review queue. Ask every vendor to show you that path in the product. For drinks distributors, our guide to beverage distributor software covers the rest of the checklist.
Where was the vendor built to work?
Footprint shapes support hours, languages and how well a tool fits local invoicing. Pepperi says it serves customers in 65+ countries. BeatRoute lists customers in 20+ countries across India and South Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa; Bizom says 35+ countries and every major emerging market; FieldAssist says 32+ countries from its base in India. SimplyDepo prices in US dollars. OutletIQ is built by FMOps in Ireland.

Questions
Pepperi alternatives, asked and answered.
What are the best Pepperi alternatives?
It depends on which part of Pepperi you need. Skynamo and SimplyDepo pair a rep app with a customer ordering portal. Repsly focuses on retail execution for CPG brands. Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud suits large consumer goods companies that want everything in one CRM. BeatRoute, Bizom and FieldAssist combine sales force automation with distributor management, built around India and other emerging markets. OutletIQ suits drinks and FMCG distributors that need proof of every outlet visit.
Does Pepperi publish its pricing?
No. On 5 October 2026 Pepperi's site showed no plan prices, and the pepperi.com/pricing address returned a not found error. Its pricing FAQ says plans are annual or month to month, can be changed at any time, and that refunds are not given for cancellations or downgrades.
Which Pepperi alternatives publish their prices?
Two of the eight alternatives on this page. SimplyDepo lists US$69, US$59 and US$49 per rep per month on yearly billing for teams of 1 to 5, 6 to 15 and 16 to 49 reps, or US$89, US$79 and US$69 paid monthly, with custom pricing from 50 reps. Salesforce lists its Retail Execution editions at US$100 to US$525 per user per month, billed annually. The other six, OutletIQ included, quote. Checked 5 October 2026.
Which Pepperi alternatives let customers order online?
Six of the eight alternatives describe a way for customers or retailers to order without a rep: Skynamo's B2B Trade Portal, SimplyDepo's B2B customer portal, Salesforce's B2B distributor ordering, and the retailer apps from BeatRoute, Bizom and FieldAssist. Repsly's pages describe order entry by reps, and OutletIQ captures orders on the rep's visit.
Which Pepperi alternatives work offline?
Pepperi itself states full offline functionality with auto sync. Skynamo says its field sales app works offline, SimplyDepo describes its apps as offline first, Salesforce offers offline iOS and Android apps for retail execution, BeatRoute says reps keep working offline and sync on reconnect, Bizom says it works in low or no connectivity areas, and FieldAssist lists offline-first mobile apps for sales and delivery teams. OutletIQ is offline first. The Repsly pages we checked do not describe offline working.
Is OutletIQ a good Pepperi alternative?
For some buyers. If you are a distributor whose main problem is proving reps visited outlets and seeing every order they take, OutletIQ field sales software covers that job in depth. If you need a customer ordering portal, van sales or trade promotion management, Pepperi and several tools on this page offer them and OutletIQ does not.
How were these tools chosen and checked?
They cover the same jobs as Pepperi for consumer goods brands and distributors: rep order taking, customer ordering, van sales and retail execution. Every claim about a vendor comes from that vendor's own website, checked on 5 October 2026 and linked on this page. No ratings, reviews or third party claims are used, and nobody paid to be listed.
