Privacy notice

How this website handles the details you send us, who helps us process them, and how to reach us about your data.

The short version: this website collects personal data only when you request a demo, and we use it only to reply to you and arrange that demo. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Last updated 6 October 2026.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the outletiq.ie website and the demo request form on it. It does not cover the OutletIQ app itself. Data that customers process in the app is covered by the data processing terms in each customer’s contract.

Who is responsible for your data

OutletIQ is a product of FMOps. Fionn Murphy, trading as FMOps, is the data controller for this website. FMOps is a sole trader business based in Waterford, Ireland. You can reach us at fionn@fmops.ie.

Who this website is for

OutletIQ is business software sold to companies, and it is not meant for consumers. This website and the demo form are for people aged 18 or over who are enquiring for a business. People who use the OutletIQ app get their accounts from their employer’s administrator; there is no public sign up. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.

What we collect

When you request a demo we receive the details you type into the form: your name, work email, company, field team size and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising cookies, analytics trackers, session recording or tracking pixels. Its typefaces are served from our own host, not a third party font service. Like any website, the servers that deliver it see technical data such as your IP address so they can send you the page.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use your details only to reply to you and to arrange and run your demo. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel hosts this website and runs the demo form. Its request logs may hold your IP address for a short time.
  • Resend delivers the form to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace is where the email is stored.

These providers process data only on our instructions. Some are based in the United States and rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Ask us and we’ll delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it, by emailing fionn@fmops.ie. We’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.

Changes

If we change how this website handles personal data, we’ll update this notice and the date at the top.
